New Faces, Same Mission: Trail Life TN-1412 Kicks Off a Blessed Year

Two months in, and Trail Life TN-1412 is already off to a roaring start! With many new faces joining our ranks this year, our troop is growing not just in number, but in spirit, energy, and purpose. It’s clear—God is moving in powerful ways, and we’re humbled to be part of it.

From the very first meeting, the excitement has been palpable. Boys are forming new friendships, stepping into leadership, and diving into the adventure that Trail Life offers. Whether it’s hiking through Tennessee’s beautiful backcountry, learning survival skills, or simply sharing stories around a campfire, we’re building memories that will last a lifetime.

But it’s not just about the fun (though we’ve got plenty of that scheduled!). At the heart of our troop is discipleship. Week after week, we’re seeing young men grow in character, courage, and faith. Our leaders are pouring into these boys—mentoring them, praying with them, and walking alongside them as they learn what it means to follow Christ in everyday life. It’s a joy to watch boys take ownership of their walk with God, ask deep questions, and encourage one another in truth.

We’ve got a packed calendar ahead: campouts, service projects, skill-building challenges, and family events that bring our community closer together. Each activity is designed to stretch, inspire, and equip—not just for the trail, but for life.
